Customer Purchase Agreement

This Customer Purchase Agreement governs the purchase of products through the Biznovators e-commerce platform available at https://ecommerce.biznovators.in/. By placing an order through the website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By placing an order on the Biznovators platform, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the platform’s Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation / No-Return Policy.

2. Product Purchase

Customers agree that all purchases made through the platform are intentional and that the product details, pricing, and specifications have been reviewed prior to placing the order.

Biznovators displays products sourced from various suppliers and makes reasonable efforts to present accurate product information.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for the product must be completed online through the available payment methods on the website before the order is processed.

For orders delivered outside Pune city, delivery charges may be applicable and will be communicated to the customer. Such delivery charges are payable separately as Cash on Delivery (COD) to the courier partner at the time of delivery.

4. No Return and No Refund

Customers acknowledge that products sold through the platform are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched or delivered, except in rare cases where a product is found to be severely damaged during delivery and reported within the stipulated time.

Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before making a purchase.

5. Delivery Terms

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics arrangements. Biznovators will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within an appropriate timeframe but cannot guarantee delivery schedules due to factors beyond its control.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details including name, phone number, and address. Incorrect information may result in delays or failed deliveries.

7. Limitation of Liability

Biznovators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products obtained through the platform.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of purchases made on the platform shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
