For deliveries within and around Pune city, Biznovators manages the delivery directly. In such cases, no delivery charges are applied.

3. Delivery Outside Pune

For orders delivered outside Pune city, shipping will be handled through a third-party courier service.

In such cases:

• Shipping charges will be charged at actual cost
• Customers will be informed of the delivery cost before dispatch
• The delivery cost will be payable as Cash on Delivery (COD) to the courier partner at the time of delivery or online on the Biznovators E-commerce Portal as intimated to the customer before dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, and product availability.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Biznovators will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
