Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched for delivery. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be processed.

2. No Return Policy

All products sold through the Biznovators platform are non-returnable once delivered. Customers are advised to carefully review product details, specifications, and images before placing an order.

3. No Refund Policy

Payments made for products through the platform are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Biznovators does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after successful dispatch of the product.

4. Damaged Product During Delivery

If a product is received in a severely damaged condition due to delivery handling, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Biznovators will review such cases and determine an appropriate resolution if applicable.
